Taking care of people—from clients to employees to communities—was
Invesco’s top priority in 2020. Here are some of the ways we provided support:
Ensured a coordinated response to COVID-19 by establishing a global emergency management team and regional task forces
Maintained smooth and uninterrupted operations during and after our transition to remote working
Developed frequent communications to reach all employees, including weekly video and audio messages from President and CEO Marty Flanagan
Provided clients with
thoughtful perspectives on
the pandemic through regional COVID-19 resource sites
Created InvescoTogether, the hub of our COVID-19 employee engagement and communications
Moved from annual performance reviews to quarterly check-ins for increased communication and dialogue between employees and managers
Provided virtual mindfulness workshops and trainings such as “How to stay healthy and balanced” to promote mental wellness among employees
Donated $1 million to COVID-19 response efforts in the communities where we operate
Encouraged employees to take time to rest by taking vacation through our InvescoUnplugged campaign
Increased benefits to support all employees, including working parents and caregivers
