On April 1, 2021, James F. Brunk was appointed as Mohawk’s chief financial officer after serving as the Company’s principal accounting officer and corporate controller since May 2009. During his fifteen years with Mohawk, Jim has developed a deep understanding of Mohawk’s complex global operations through his involvement in all aspects of the Company. His expertise in financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, accounting and investor relations will positively influence our performance. Jim will lead a finance team comprised of talented experts in many disciplines, focused both on protecting and delivering results for the business.
